We have four sections below that will help you improve your life. BYU-Pathway, Life Help Events, Self-Reliance Courses, Addiction Support Groups & Additional Help. As you embrace the principles and skills taught in these, you will experience greater hope, peace, and progress.

Our Stake offers Self-Reliance Courses biannually starting January & August (run 10 to 12 weeks).

ENGLISH CONNECT
English Connect courses are free conversational English classes for beginning English speakers. Participants meet weekly in small groups with a facilitator. For those who want better control over their finances. Group members will learn how to eliminate debt, protect against financial hardship, and invest in the future. FINDING STRENGTH IN THE LORD: EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE
Self-reliance goes hand in hand with emotional resilience. Discover practical skills to help you better care for your body, mind, emotions, and relationships as you learn to build healthy thinking patterns, manage stress and anxiety, overcome anger, and much more. 12 week course. STARTING AND GROWING MY BUSINESS
This self-reliance group will help you learn to make wise business decisions as you start or grow a business. Members learn key business skills such as identifying customer needs, finding customers, and keeping good business records. 12 week course. EDUCATION FOR BETTER WORK
For those who need additional education or training to get a job. Group members will research, create, and present career and education plans. For those who are looking for work or a better job. Group members will learn to identify opportunities, network, present themselves professionally, and prepare for job interviews. Addiction Recovery Groups
Below are listed several ongoing support groups that you can just go and attend. You can also Find other Local Group.
ADDICTION RECOVERY
Do you (or someone you love) feel trapped by addiction or problematic behavior? Find support and hope in a recovery support group meeting. Support group meetings use an adapted version of the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Every Wednesday 7pm at Gilbert High School Seminary.
Spouse/Family Support (Women Only): Pornography addiction. Frye/Recker Building Saturday mornings 7:30 am.
Spouse/Family Support: Campo Verde Seminary. Tuesday 7:30 pm.

Everyone needs help sometimes and God planned it to be that way. There are several different topics on the Life Help Links below like abuse; death; divorce; pregnant and single; mental and emotional health; parenting; to name a few.
