Emotional Resilience Class (Sunday)

This 10-week course covers topics such as building emotional resilience, developing healthy thinking patterns, managing stress and anxiety, understanding sadness and depression, and overcoming anger. This is a class that all can benefit from.
Free community class. All are welcome.
Course starts week of Jan 29th and lasts ~12 weeks.
