Did you know:

• Did you miss Stake Womens’ Conference or maybe you would just like to review the material shared. Here is a link to 2023 Women’s Conference Folder. Stake Relief Society would like to thank all those that shared & participated. Come and join our “Learn of Christ” religion class. See in Activity Events.
• Women’s pickleball!!  Every 4^th Thursday of the month at the Stake Center from 10-12pm and 730-930pm. All are welcome.  There will be a court for beginners (with the first 30 minutes each time being instruction), intermediate and advanced. Invite your neighbors.  Please bring your own paddle. (sorry no children). See in Activity Events.

Reminder: 

• Gilbert Stake Emergency Response Survey. Our stake emergency preparedness leaders are asking for each household to complete the survey (2-4 minutes to complete). This information will only be used in an emergency to identify key resources and skills that may be needed to help in our community. We appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey. See in Prepare Events. Also check out the wealth of resources on new Prepare page.
• Aaronic Priesthood Encampment October 12th to 14th: All those that plan to attend (Youth & Adults) go to Aaronic Priesthood Encampment Event and click on “Register Now for Camp”

Participants Needed: 

• Community Drive-thru Nativity. Every year it takes many people, of all ages, to make it a success.  If you are willing and would like to participate in the Nativity this year—we would LOVE to have you.  Please fill out this short information sheet and we will be in touch. It is a wonderful experience, and you will love being a part of it. 

Save the Date:

• Adult Corn-Hole Tournament (first annual). Saturday, November 4th from 5-8pm at the Val Vista Building Ramada. Invite your neighbors.  A champion team will be crowned. Bring your own dinner, drinks, snacks, etc. Bring a chair for front row spectating and cheering. Even if you don’t want to compete come and visit! It is for sure to be a great time. (adults only). • ¡¡Pickleball femenino!! Cada cuarto jueves del mes en el Stake Center de 10 a 12 p. m. y de 7:30 a 9:30 p. m. Todos son bienvenidos. Habrá una cancha para principiantes (siendo los primeros 30 minutos cada vez de instrucción), intermedio y avanzado. Invita a tus vecinos. Por favor traiga su propio remo. (lo siento, no hay niños). Anuncio Emocionante:

• Encuesta de Respuesta a Emergencias de la Estaca Gilbert. Nuestros líderes de preparación para emergencias de estaca piden que cada hogar complete (de 2 a 4 minutos para completar). Esta información solo se utilizará en caso de emergencia para identificar recursos y habilidades clave que puedan ser necesarios para ayudar en nuestra comunidad. Agradecemos que se tome el tiempo para completar esta encuesta. Ver en Preparar Eventos. Consulte también la gran cantidad de recursos en la nueva página Preparar.
• Campamento del Sacerdocio Aarónico 12 al 14 de octubre: Todos aquellos que planeen asistir (jóvenes y adultos) vayan al Evento del Campamento del Sacerdocio Aarónico y hagan clic en “Register Now for Camp“.

Se Necesitan Participantes:

• Natividad Comunitaria para Autoservicio. Cada año se necesitan muchas personas, de todas las edades, para que sea un éxito. Si está dispuesto y le gustaría participar en la Natividad este año, nos ENCANTARÍA tenerlo. Complete esta Breve Hoja de Información y nos pondremos en contacto. Es una experiencia maravillosa y te encantará ser parte de ella.

Reserva:

• Torneo de Corn-Hole para Adultos (primer año). Sábado 4 de noviembre de 5 a 8 p. m. en el Val Vista Building Ramada. Invita a tus vecinos. Se coronará un equipo campeón. Traiga su propia cena, bebidas, refrigerios, etc. Traiga una silla para mirar y animar en la primera fila. Aunque no quieras competir ¡ven a visitarnos! Seguro que será un gran momento.
