DESCRIPTION:Gilbert needs YOUR help to fight food insecurity in our community: Due to high demands over the holidays \nCash Donations: Every $1 you give can provide 5 meals other than $30 in food for the hungry in Gilbert. You can make a cash donation to any of the food banks online at gilbertaz.gov/FeedingFamilies. \nFood Donation (Priority items requested by the food pantries/banks): \n\nCanned protein (chicken and tuna)\nPeanut Butter\nSqueezable jelly (no glass)\nBreakfast cereals (whole wheat\, healthy\, preferred)\nCanned beans\, Vegetables and fruit\nBags of pasta and rice\nCanned pasta (i.e. Ravioli)\n\nAll donated food items should be unopened\, non perishable and should no be past its expiration date. \n— \nGilbert necesita TU ayuda para combatir la inseguridad alimentaria en nuestra comunidad: debido a la alta demanda durante las fiestas. \nDonaciones en efectivo: Cada dólar que dones puede proporcionar 5 comidas\, lo que equivale a 30 dólares en alimentos para las personas necesitadas en Gilbert.
