DESCRIPTION:Happy New Year! Welcome to 2025! \nAs we begin the New Year\, take time to express gratitude\, among all things\, the progress you have made in preparedness. Elder Kyrylo Pokhylko said\, “I truly believe the Lord loves grateful people and we will be even more blessed with what we need\, because we are grateful”. Doctrine and Covenants 78:19 teaches that “He who receiveth all things with thankfulness shall be made glorious; and the things of this earth shall be added unto him\, even a hundred fold\, yea\, more.” \nHere are suggestions to help increase preparedness in January: \n\nWeek 1: Inventory storage items; food\, medicine\, medical supplies\, 72-hour kit\, etc\nWeek 2: Laundry and dish soap\, bleach\, cleansers for bathrooms\, kitchen\, floors\, and windows\nWeek 3: Medical supplies and medicines\nWeek 4: Paper supplies; paper towels\, plates\, cups\, Kleenex\, toilet paper\, napkins\, utensils\n\nA few preparedness tips to remember: \n\nBuy the largest amount you can sensibly afford.\nLearn to use what you store\, and then use your storage.\nReplace items as they are used.\nRotate your inventory.
