DESCRIPTION:A special birthday broadcast in honor of Church President Russell M. Nelson will be on Monday\, September 9\, 2024 — his 100th birthday — at 4 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time. (This is 3 p.m. AZ time) \nOn June 1\, President Nelson invited people to commemorate his 100th birthday by reaching out to “the one” in need\, just as the Savior did (see Matthew 18)\, and post experiences on social media using #99+1. The 75-minute broadcast will celebrate the life and teachings of this latter-day prophet whose life and ministry continually exemplify God’s love for each of His children. Examples of what people around the world have done over the past 100 days to commemorate his birthday will be shared through stories from people who were “the one.”\n“How thankful we are for a prophet of God\, his inspired teachings\, and his invitations to follow the Savior’s example of love and righteousness in all that we do\,” said President Jeffrey R.
